Pantothenic acid, (Vitamin B5)

Pantothenic acid is also known as vitamin B5. It is a water-soluble vitamin that occurs mainly in meat, whole grain products and legumes. The active form of pantothenic acid is coenzyme A, which participates in metabolic reactions of carbohydrates and lipids, and is essential for the synthesis of certain vital substances such as amino acids, fatty acids and cholesterol.

It has been shown that pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and certain neurotransmitters. Pantothenic acid further contributes to reductions in tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal mental performance.

Through the daily consumption of 5 servings of Mana Powder or Mana Drink, the intake of pantothenic acid is 10.5 mg.

Enjoy MANA as part of your varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. MANA is suitable for all healthy adults.
